The thigh high splits in the skirt allows the skirt to billow freely and makes it slightly easier to walk in. Made to order, please let me know your height in a note at purchase so I can tailor it just for you. 

This witchy style maxi skirt is made from Jersey stretch fabric to make it comfortable and easy to wear.
