Returns Policy

You have 28 days in which to return an item if you change your mind. Items must be sent back in their brand new, unworn condition.

If a returned item shows signs of long term wear other than the initial trying on, then only a partial refund will be given.

Please get in touch via the message form here to notify of your intent to return and to obtain the return address.
Please ensure that you return items using a tracked or signed for service, and be sure to keep any proof of postage.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the cost for return postage.
If you are outside of the UK, please see below for special instructions regarding a customs declaration.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, you will need to fill in a customs label and attach it to the front of the package. It must be filled in correctly in order to avoid an incorrect customs charge. Obsidian Siren will not pay customs charges to receive returned goods under any circumstances. This means that the item will be returned to you by HMRC after 25 working days. It is the buyers responsibility to fill in the customs form correctly and return their item safely. It may help to return the item along with the original packaging.

The item description should read: Returned Goods (description of item, blue dress etc), No commercial Value.

The value of the item should be: £0

The total value of the item should be: £0

Items with a declared value over £0 will be subject to customs fees. This means that IF YOU WRITE ANYTHING OTHER THAN £0 YOUR RETURN CAN NOT be processed and it will be returned to sender.

Please note that this does not affect the insured value of the parcel provided by your post office; this value is a declaration to HMRC in the UK with regard to import charges.
